Vehicle Description
1931 Ford Model A I doubt there’s a nicer, more period correct 5 Window ModelA Deluxe anywhere. Starting in June of1931, the fixed rear window of the Coupes was offered in a version in which theglass could be lowered into a well in the rear compartment. This feature was standard on the Deluxemodels, but only available at extra cost on the standard coupe. Basically, all Coupes were finished with atrunk the rumble seat was an optional, extra cost, item. The 1930-1931 Deluxe cars justified a moreelaborate luggage carrier than has previously been available, and this newdesign was brought out by Ford. Made of chrome steel, and with varnished woodstrips for added effect, this rack was generally installed with a full widthbumper. The low-profile accessory trunk enhances the rear of the Roadster. Investment grade, drives as good as it looks.
